Positive: Everything. So, so, so good. We were there for 10 nights and there was everything we needed. Fresh frinking water each day, fresh bathroom and beach towels each day, very good AC in both rooms, very good WiFi, also in rooms, cleaning every day. Personel was happy, smiling, open and helpful. They have the best restaurant (Aveli) on the island. There was a chair for our baby ready to use. Very good breakfast and coffee. In general our stay was so much better thanks to this hotel. Also no problems with a keycards, very convenient beds. Highly recommended.

Positive: The staff are helpful and always smile. The hotel restaurant is one of the best on the whole island, and prices are comparable with other restaurants on the island. The rooms are very clean and a good size. So everything was just amazing. We had our wedding ceremony organized by the hotel; Sara was the planner, and they did an extremely good job. The decorating was really nice, followed by a romantic beach dinner and good decorations in the room. So everything was really good. Strongly recommended.

Positive: It's a simple hotel in a part of the island which is quiet . The staff do their best to help all the time . The hotel itself is not too busy .

Negative: The bathroom was just a bit too small . It definitely is only possible for one person to be in in and even then if you are a full sized European...you might feel squashed .between the door and the toilet and the sink . There were several times water was out of supply..but it didn't last too long. The safe is absolutely useless. It's light small and totally portable..no point in having it. The hotel probably at the top end of prices for what you get. We were told by a very abrubt waiter guy ....at the Thai restaurant attached to the sister hotel ...and so were some other guests ...that even though many tables more than 65% ..were empty that the restaurant was booked up..and we couldn't eat there...I asked is that all night ....and he said yes ...he said we have to reserve ....I found at later that was all a lie. Why I've no idea ...but it obviously wasn't personal because others were told the same . I saw in the face of the young lady helping there serving customers seems very distressed by his attitude . He was extremely bossy . After that experience we decided not to go back there. We ate all dinners at the sister hotel to breeze on the roof top restaurant and it was very good 👍

The team took care of us end-to-end, ensuring that every activity and expedition we were involved in was seamlessly organized and stress-free. At every step, they made sure we were well taken care of and fulfilled everything we asked for without hesitation. The food was amazing, consistently high quality, and a highlight of our stay. Every interaction we had with the staff was outstanding, and the overall experience truly felt like staying at a five-star hotel. The level of attention, professionalism, and genuine care exceeded expectations. I would especially like to recognize Sara, who was phenomenal throughout our stay. She was incredibly helpful, patient, kind, and understanding, and she consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. On days when certain expeditions were not available, she proactively reached out to other dive centers to ensure we could still participate, so we never felt like we missed out on anything. Her dedication made a significant difference in our experience. Overall, this was an exceptional stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, and I am absolutely planning to come back and stay here again. Every aspect of the experience was handled with care and excellence.
